Welcome to hoffstays.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Hoff LLC (“Hoff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of Services

Hoff LLC provides a management and booking platform for serviced apartments and short-term rentals. We facilitate the booking of accommodations and offer a unique Online Configurator that allows guests to customize their environment with specific amenities and equipment (“Premium Add-ons”).

2. The Online Configurator & Equipment Rental

Our platform allows you to tailor your stay by selecting specific items (e.g., premium pillows, hypoallergenic duvets, computer monitors, ergonomic chairs, etc.).

Ownership of Equipment: All items provided through the Online Configurator remain the exclusive property of Hoff LLC. * Rental Basis Only: When you select and pay for a “Premium Add-on” or “Customization Feature,” you are entering into a temporary rental agreement for that equipment. You are not purchasing the equipment. * Prohibition of Removal: Under no circumstances may any equipment, electronics, or bedding provided by Hoff LLC be removed from the premises at the end of your stay. Unauthorized removal will be treated as theft and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Booking and Payments

Fees: You agree to pay the base nightly rate, cleaning fees, and any additional costs associated with your chosen customizations.
Billing: Payments are processed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT/local taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Security Deposit and Damage

By renting Premium Add-ons (specifically electronics like computer screens), you agree that:

You are responsible for the condition of all rented equipment during your stay.
Hoff LLC reserves the right to charge your payment method for the full replacement value of any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen during your occupancy.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Accuracy: You must provide accurate information when using the configurator.
Care of Property: You agree to use all equipment and the premises in a manner that is safe and respectful.
Compliance: You must follow all house rules provided in your digital check-in guide.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Accommodation: Our standard cancellation policy (e.g., Moderate/Strict) applies to the base stay.
Customizations: Because customized setups (like specific bedding or tech configurations) require labor and logistics, fees for Premium Add-ons may be non-refundable if canceled within after 15.00 local time on the day of check-in.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hoff LLC acts as a manager for the property owners. We are not liable for:

Temporary outages of utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electricity).
Personal injury occurring on the premises, except where required by law.
Compatibility issues between your personal devices and our rented equipment (e.g., HDMI port compatibility).

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to cancel any booking or terminate access to our platform if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or behavior that threatens the safety of the property or community.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hoff LLC is registered [Police Lane 1, Tbilisi, Georgia]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
